My Name is Grahame Kelaher and this website is my record of the many great sights in our night skys.

I have been a member of Sutherland Astronomical Society located in Sydney's southern suburbs for 9 years now and have achieved a wealth of knowledge from its members. I was an active user of the society's SBIG ST-9 CCD camera with a C14 it has resulted in some awe inspiring shots of deep sky objects.

I am currently using a QHY-9 Mono CCD camera with backup being a canon 7D (non-modified) and have had much success taking shots of well known nebula and deep sky objects. Using an Imaging Source Firewire camera (DMK31) I have achieved great planetary shots of the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn.

If Possable I highly recommend visiting Mudgee Observatory for the great dark sky observing there. Many of the shots on this web site were taken from this observatory.

Please enjoy this site - it is in a state of constant construction and modification.
